    Hi Captain Arnold,

Thanks for making our special day truly wonderful. We’ll remember your thoughtful words for a long time and we believe it will make our marriage stronger to do so.

You made things so much easier for us by choosing the location and hooking us up with Ande to take the photographs. She was easy to work with and seemed to really enjoy her work.

    Thanks again,

    Captain Arnold

I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for the beautiful wedding ceremony you created for Jeff and I. You are truly an artist in how you crafted our moment in time and established an unique personalized ceremony. All we had to do was show up and you made it so very special for both of us. The wedding vows you molded for us is exactly what I wanted to say to Jeff and what Jeff wanted to say to me.

In the beginning when we decided to wed in New York City, I was nervous. We live out of state and I did not want to get married at the clerk’s office. I went on-line and started searching. I knew immediately when I viewed your site and testimonials that you would take care of us and I was right. Thank you for everything that you did from helping us source a limousine, to florist to our wedding ceremony location. I know if we would have selected anyone else we would have been disappointed.

If you ever need me as a reference please pass on my phone number at your discretion.

    Thank you

    Hi Captain!

Sorry its taken a while to get back to you. Its has been a couple of hectic weeks with family, friends and coworkers since we got back from the honeymoon. The cruise was very nice indeed.

We would really like to thank you for the amazing ceremony in Central Park. Considering the fact that we had never spoken to you in person before the wedding day, we didn´t really know what to expect! The day turned out better then we ever could have hopped for!! So did everybody else that was there. Our realtives from Chicago remarked, “You know, we have been to several weddings at our church. Most of the time the Reverend have known the couple getting marreid their whole lifes, and still never gets close to the personal and loving feeling the Captain created!”.
Thank you for a great day!

    Dear Captain Arnold,

    Greetings from Memphis!

Wendy and I wanted to thank you again for everything! We can’t thank you enough for your helpful information, your assistance with the marriage license process, and your kindness and tender care for us from the moment we contacted you. And as a proud former Marine, I was only too happy to have a Coast Guard Chaplain in uniform able to perform our ceremony!

When Wendy and I finished the New York City marathon together in Central Park on November 4, 2007 that place became something incredibly special for us. And although we made the decision to fly back to New York from Memphis to have our wedding in Central Park, we were unsure about a suitable location within the park for our ceremony. Your suggestion of the Ladies Pavilion for the wedding ceremony was perfect. And the pavilion was not far from the finish line of the marathon!

As wonderful as those things were, it was your personalization of the ceremony and the depth and practicality of your counsel that truly made our wedding ceremony special beyond whatever we could have hoped for. The things you said during the ceremony are things we will always remember and strive to apply in our lives together. Thank you again for everything! We hope to hear from you soon!

God bless you and happy new year!

    Captain Arnold:

We want to thank you for making our wedding day especially memorable. The ceremony was wonderful – serious without being somber, and with just the right touches of humor. The words you spoke were perfect for the occasion and are excellent advice for anyone getting married. Our wedding day would have been special even if it were just the two of us – but you made it even more so. You added that touch of “magic.”
    Thanks, Captain!

    Hello Capt. Arnold,

Agnes and myself would like to thank you for our memorable December 29th wedding ceremony at the Ladies Pavilion in Central Park New York.

The beautiful words you spoke in front of us and our friends made us both almost teary eyed. It was a dream come true from beginning of the event to the end at the Tavern on the Green.

Just a beautiful day for both of us and for our friends to remember.

    Dearest Capt. Arnold.

Thank you so very much for the letter you sent to us – It was so great to have both the picture of all of us 3 together, and also to have our wedding vows. It is always a joy to read it over and over again 🙂

Also, thank you for the Christmas card you sent us:-)

About the ceremony, despite all that we had to go through, before we could get married, it was the best day in both of our lives. Even you must have thought: wonder if she had gotten cold feet or such??… 1 ½ hours is a loooooooooong time to wait….;-)

I felt so bad that it all went that wrong with the limo driver, and that it made all of you stand out there in the cold and not being able to do anything but wait…. We can’t thank you enough, that you still had the time to perform our ceremony. It was such a nice ceremony, and you where just the perfect one to perform it for us.

We seriously couldn’t have chosen a better person, than you, to perform it for us. It is us, who thank you for letting us be a part of your life, even though it was brief. We are more sure about being together now, than ever. We both believe, there’s a reason for everything, and the reason would, without a doubt, be that we had to prove to each other, that this was really what we wanted. You know how people say, when you get married, nothing changes. We were of that opinion too…. But we both feel that something has changed, and that is, that we both feel even stronger connected now, than ever before. Our love for each other is growing stronger and more powerful for every day that goes by! We are so happy that we got married, and did it in New York.

It will forever be in our hearts and spirits. Both you and New York!

    Thank you once again!

With all the love and respect

    Dear Captain Arnold,

Firstly sorry to have taken so long to get in touch with you, it has been one long round of either visiting people or having them visit us since we returned from NY. Finally it is just me, Mark, four dogs, two cats and I am able to sit at this machine and write my thank yous.

What a brilliant day we had. The sun shone, as you said, ordered especially and everything was just perfect. Thank you for all of the help that you gave to us prior to the wedding. It was very helpful to a strange but pleasant English lady to have a real live American, with all of the answers at the end of e-mail! We loved the vows that you had written, but I was disappointed that Mark did not agree to give me his wallet, now and forever!

Clive, who is one of my dearest friends thought that that you were amazing. Clive kept commenting that you were VFM (value for money) which believe me, is a complement of the highest order and only given to people who truly deserve it.

Thank you also for entertaining us all in the restaurant. Very magical that was!

We have today received the marriage licence along with the copy of the vows that we made. That was very special and is something that we will definitely keep in pride of place.

Finally, attached are a few photographs from the day. I love the one of you and Clive. Sal, our driver, actually took us back to the airport, he was also full of praise for you and really like the fact that you took the trouble to keep him company whilst the photographs were being taken.

All the very best to you and your’s, enjoy your 50th wedding anniversary celebrations, have a wonderful 2007 and please keep in touch.

    Much love
    Em & Mark
