You have already spoken with me and have selected an available date for your wedding reception on the yacht “Skyline Princess” departing from World’s Fair Marina, Flushing, NY and you have also retained my services to perform your wedding ceremony. You have also agreed to and approved the price quoted to you when we spoke or communicated to each other via emails. At my request you are completing this “Reservation/Information” form so that I will have the necessary details to advise the “Skyline Princess” of the date selected and to reserve the space and seating accordingly. 2. You have been lucky enough to find my website by searching the internet or have been referred to me. You are impressed with what you saw and would like to talk with me ASAP about a Wedding Cruise Package for a limited number of guests (10-50, maybe more) aboard the yacht “Skyline Princess.” You want to know if I’m available for the date of your wedding (keep your fingers crossed!) and what the cost is for this beautiful Wedding Cruise Ceremony and Reception Package. (A) If you are just requesting information as indicated in paragraph 2 above, then by submitting this form to me, you are under no obligation whatsoever. This form is for informational purposes only and to determine if the Wedding Cruise date is available for the date you require and what the pricing is for a Wedding Cruise Reception (ceremony included) aboard the Skyline Princess with the number of guests you indicated. It is not to be construed as an agreement of any kind.
(B) If however, you are submitting this form to me in accordance with my instructions as indicated in paragraph 1 above, then a confirmation reserving the date indicated, the number of guests attending and pricing agreed upon will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.
Urgent: When completing this form, be absolutely sure you complete every field that is marked with an asterisk*. If it doesn’t apply to you, then you must enter ‘NA’. Otherwise this Reservation/Information form will not be transmitted!
