We wanted to let you know that we did receive our letter today along with our vows and a copy of the Marriage License. Thank you so much for your punctuality!

Also, as far as our ceremony is concerned- you were fantastic! All of our guests loved how you were poignant, yet kept the ceremony lighthearted with your upbeat and jovial attitude. We loved your words on love and making a successful marriage last. We also loved the jokes you slid in there every so often. You made our wedding ceremony an experience that not only we will remember, but all of our guests also. Thank you so much for understanding our needs in our ceremony and for fulfilling them in the best possible way! We appreciate the thought you put into our ceremony and we will forever remember it.

Hi There Captain Arnold!!!

Hope you are doing really well!!! I want to let you know that we are back from our Honeymoon and I was soooo surprised to see an envelope from you with a really beautiful letter from you and our VOWS !!!!! and a picture of the 3 of us!!!!

I’m still dreaming of the MOST BEAUTIFUL CEREMONY that I’ve ever been to and yet it was my CEREMONY!!!!! We are going this weekend to frame our vows!!! They brought tears to our eyes!!! What a way to come home from your Honeymoon!!!! You really are quick! Oh and as soon as I got home I went on -line and I saw us on your site!!!!! That is like so Amazing!!! It makes us feel so special!!!

I can’t tell you how many messages and phone calls that our parents, as well as Joe and I received from your ceremony! You truly set our wedding!!!!

I wanted to also Thank You for staying for most part of the reception as well – I hope you had enjoyed yourself! As I told you when we first spoke, I wanted you to join us as I felt that you were and are a very important part of our Special Day!!!!

Dear Captain Arnold,

Thank you for your e-mail with our vows attached. What a special keepsake to have as we cherish this momentous event, 10 years in the making, for our whole life. And we thank you for your singular role in making it possible for that “life” to be one life together.

I have to say that our guests are still commenting on how your sincere and heartfelt words were one of the highlights of the ceremony. Couples who have been married 30 & 40 years attested to the beauty and wisdom of your sermon. Younger friends of ours, who have yet to make such a commitment, were moved by the promise of equality, respect, and admiration that you incorporated into the unique vows that you created for couples like us to exchange. The themes that you focused on rang true in my heart and mind as I thought back on the decade-long adventure I’ve shared with my husband and the future that lies ahead of us. I knew the same was true for him each time he’d squeeze my hand or give me a look as you spoke to us. Thank you for making it such a personalized and genuine experience for us and our family and friends.

On a more practical note, I also appreciate the ease and simplicity in acquiring your services for the day. You are well organized, reliable & professional, which for a busy bride is a very important because I never once was stressed about this aspect of the planning. You were excellent about contacting me, giving me advanced notice on deadlines and helping me prepare the program for the ceremony.

I’m going to try to put into words the way that I felt about our ceremony. I felt like you could read my mind at just the right time and know exactly when to say certain things about marriage and the importance of the bond. I only met you the day of the ceremony but the way that you tied everything together was brilliant. I had the owner of our company come over and say, “I am going to hire Captain Arnold for my 20th Wedding Anniversary to renew our vows because he did such a phenomenal job for you.” I know that I’m not doing you the justice that you deserve but I was overly impressed by not just what you had to say but the way that you delivered the message. Everyone at our party went on and on about what a gem that you were and how in the world did you find “The Captain”

Hi Captain!

Sorry, it’s taken a while to get back to you. It’s has been a couple of hectic weeks with family, friends, and coworkers since we got back from the honeymoon. The cruise was very nice indeed.

We would really like to thank you for the amazing ceremony in Central Park. Considering the fact that we had never spoken to you in person before the wedding day, we didn’t really know what to expect! The day turned out better than we ever could have hoped for!! So did everybody else that was there. Our relatives from Chicago remarked, “You know, we have been to several weddings at our church. Most of the time the Reverend have known the couple getting married their whole lives, and still never gets close to the personal and loving feeling the Captain created!”.

You conducted our wedding ceremony a little over a year ago on January 4th, 2008 aboard the “Explorer of the Seas”. On that day, there was a 3 hour delay before our ceremony and we had over 60 guests, that weren’t cruising, aboard to witness our ceremony.

You rose above all of the mayhem of the day and managed to pull off a beautiful ceremony for us and I wanted to let you know that Larry and I will never forget your professionalism and your ability to pretty much work magic on that day.
