Captain Arnold married us on Sept 13, 2013 aboard the Lexington at NYC Seaport We received so many complements on our ceremony. Captain Arnold delivers what he promises . Since we live in Phoenix we had to do all our planning via email and phone, Captain Arnold took care of everything and all went well. Highly recommend him!

I am sorry for the delayed response we went straight back to work after the wedding so we are just now catching up. We got your completed marriage certificate and the vows that you read at our wedding. We wanted to say the following:

The wedding was beautiful. The staff and wedding coordinator Christina was excellent. Everything flowed well. The staff made sure that all of our wishes and things that we wanted was done. Our Wedding was beautiful. All of our family and friends said that it was the best wedding they went to or that it was a beautiful wedding. The wedding ceremony and reception was awesome and the transition between the two was perfect. The DJ was great, the food was great, the view of the city was beautiful. Your benediction and the wedding vows and rose ceremony was awesome. The only thing I regret about the wedding was worrying so much about how things will fall into place. Everything worked out perfectly.

Dear Captain Arnold,

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to you for performing my wedding ceremony on July 7, 2013 onboard the NCL Breakaway. I had been planning my wedding for over a year with Royal Ocean Events so I was praying that my “special” day would be perfect and it WAS thanks to you! Your words were sincere and heartfelt. Harold and I felt as though you knew us so well. I received many compliments about how great you were.

I also want to express my heartfelt thanks for you speaking of my dad that had just passed away 3 days before. It was very emotional for me but I knew that he was there looking down on us. You are amazing at what you do and Harold and I could not have had a better person perform our ceremony for us. I also want to thank your coordinators for the amazing job they did as well. There are no accidents! As my husband and I were looking for local officiants that would be the perfect match for us, we came across information on the Knot for Nautical Wedding Bells. We were incredibly fortunate to have Capt. Arnold join us in marriage June 29, 2013. He is compassionate, understanding and willing to do anything he can to make your special day truly YOURS. You told me to go get my bride when she was half way down the aisle. So I did! That moment was an exciting, romantic, and memorable gesture that got breathtaking reactions from the crowd. The awws from our family and friends during that moment and throughout your beautiful ceremony will forever be part of our treasured wedding video.

You came highly recommended and it did not take a lot to figure out why. The moment we heard your rich, deep, reassuring voice over the phone we felt a sense of comfort and ease. Anytime we had questions or concerns, you gave us a call right away. The day of the wedding you were calm, cool, and collected. You soothed our nerves by preparing us with what to expect. It was very professional.

We are writing this note to THANK YOU for a very special wedding day. Due to our circumstances you made it possible to have a very special wedding which were able to afford. Our daunting bills made most venues impossible. You’re wedding even though adorable we are sure was better than anything else we would have struggled to afford. Your service was special evoking feelings, and tears from many in attendance. We were very pleased with the sand and rose ceremonies which gave the service a very special quality. Out mothers felt quite special with that gesture. We would also like to say you presence through the entire wedding was surprising but really added a special dynamic to the evening. Your staff was extremely attentive to especially us, and all our guests. They really showed genuine concern for our sick grandson and tried to help in every way.

We again want to thank you for a memorable evening and will look forward to sailing again soon on a dinner cruise in upcoming months.
