After doing some research on officiants, Captain Arnold definitely stood out among the rest due his professionalism and know-how about the legal process. More than this, his warm character and words of wisdom is what we appreciated the most. He truly cares about each couple he marries and enjoys doing it too. Getting legally married at a diner in the presence of my father and grandparents is certainly a memorable experience, but having Captain Arnold to officiate us, made it all the more special.
