You can visit many beautiful and eloquent venues where you plan to have your ceremony and reception and even taste the food. You can walk into a florist and look at amazing flower arrangements. You can go hear a band play, listen to them on a recording or video, or check out a live DJ. You can look at a photographer or videographer’s work in his studio and some will be happy to come to your home. You can even select your wedding cake from a photograph.
And let’s not forget the selection of the brides wedding dress and the groom’s tuxedo. Just another process that takes place during the planning stages of your wedding day.
You can’t, however, see a wedding officiant perform a ceremony unless you attend an actual wedding. So what’s the next best thing?

Adam and I would like to thank you for marrying us and performing a ceremony that we will never forget. The vows that we exchanged were so touching that I didn’t think I was going to be able to say my vows because I was so moved. But then you threw in some humor, the wallet, and the bagel, and then everyone started laughing, that was perfect! Many of my guests came to me after the ceremony saying how wonderful it was. The sand ceremony was very beautiful as well as that will always be a reminder of our special day. Over a year ago, we placed our faith in you as planning a wedding in New York while residing in Atlanta would be a great challenge. “Captain Arnold really got to know us, and why we were getting married. We never felt like a number or just another client. He and I had several long phone conversations, he really wanted to know who we were. The ceremony was beautiful, poolside in our backyard. It really felt like each word spoken was picked especially for us. There wasn’t anything that made it feel impersonal or routine. Having you perform our wedding ceremony was one of the best decisions I made. From the first conversation we shared you made me feel confident and at eased. I felt as if I had known you all my life, you felt like family. Little did I know you had been a big part of my family for many years…It was a huge surprise to learn that you and my sister Lou-Lou had been friends for many years. ‘ What are the chances’!! Just shows you that this world isn’t so big after all.
The child and sand ceremonies were absolutely beautiful as it touched everyone’s heart and brought tears to everyone’s eyes, and still, you managed to make everyone laugh with your great sense of humor!
It was very difficult to keep you a surprise from David, but very well worth it! He can’t stop talking about you and how wonderful it was to have you perform our ceremony, he felt very special!!!!
