We just had to let you know how much we appreciated the beautiful marriage ceremony you performed at our wedding.
Our guests remarked to us how inspiring your words were to them. May we say, they were moving to us as well. The blending of sand was a unique way of showing the unity we will share in our lives ahead and is one we will never forget and will celebrate each year of our anniversary.
Our mothers were surprised, thrilled and so appreciative of the roses we presented to them. But your words seemed to add the “icing on the cake.” They will keep these memories of love and know they will enjoy the pleasures of a happy, loving and united family.
Please accept our sincerest gratitude. You made our wedding and the celebration of marriage vows one that will last forever in our hearts. As we spend our years together, our memories of that day will bring us together through good times and bad.
Thank you.

Dear Captain Arnold,
It’s been over a month since our wedding and everyone is still talking about it – especially the ceremony. People told us it was the best ceremony that they ever heard at a wedding! You most definitely made our wedding a very memorable event. The dedication to our grandfathers, ceremony, and most importantly the vows were beautiful, touching, and they hold true to married life. The humor you interjected set a comfortable tone and a fun atmosphere for everyone. We wanted to thank you and let you know it was our pleasure to have you marry us. We appreciated your mannerism and professionalism throughout the whole process.

Hello Captain Arnold,
Sorry I did not get to email you sooner.
I just wanted to let you know that I received your package, and it was beautiful.
Also, John & I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for us. Our day would not have happened without you. We appreciate everything you have done for us :), and wanted to let you know that you have contributed in making our dream (that we have been waiting for, for 3 years) come true. It was beautiful service, and we loved the sand ceremony; although, I did make a little mess.
Once again, thanks for everything, and we hope to cross paths with you again in the future.
Sincerely,
John & Saletaire Rodas

Married on the Yacht Cayah Michele Pier 59 at Chelsea Piers, West 23rd St. (New York City, NY)
Dear Captain Arnold,
Sorry it has taken this long to send you this note, but Jennifer and I wanted to thank you for conducting our wedding ceremony on the yacht Cayah Michele on May 7th and for making that aspect so memorable for us.
Your words struck the tone we wanted and perfectly balanced the overall flavor of the event we had organized. On that note, we appreciate how you went through everything with us running up to the event, for up to many months in advance, so we never had to be concerned about the ceremony as the most important aspect of the wedding.
We kept the fact that our nautical wedding was going to be conducted by a Captain as a surprise, and our family and other guests not only enjoyed it, but many commented on how nice the ceremony was. We recall the appropriate solemnity, mixed with plenty of laughter and smiles, and a few tears of joy. The wedding overall will leave us with unforgettable memories.
In fact, my mother enjoyed your words such that she asked if it were possible to get a transcript of what you said, if you have it, as she would like it to keep with photographs etc. I said that we had our vows, as Jen and I had written them with your help, but that I would ask you about the
other parts.
Married life is treating us well so far. We continue to be very happy together and look forward to a lifetime of enjoyment and more great memories side by side. We have attached one of the official photos from the day to this Email and hope all is well with you.
Sincere thanks once again.

Dear Captain Arnold,
We can’t begin to express our gratitude to you for performing such a memorable wedding ceremony for us on April 8th at The Gatsby in Islip.
Since this was the second marraige for both of us, we began our search for a Chaplain not really knowing where to go or what to expect. We knew we wanted it to be special, and were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it all was!! The vows we spoke touched everyone in the room. You made everything so personal, serious and lighthearted all at the same time. Our family and friends have not stopped commenting about how wonderful the ceremony was. Many guests had never heard of or seen the sand ceremony and were so delighted by it’s simplicity and the depth of it’s meaning. Our wedding day was truly a day to cherish and it was made all the more special by having you as our Chaplain.
With sincere thanks,
Karen & Charles LaCarrubba

Dear Captain Arnold,
Jeremy and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for doing such a beautiful and professional job. Your ceremony was unmatched in beauty and depth and was like no other that I have ever seen. It made our wedding day as unique and special as it was. It was a pleasure dealing with you: meeting you at the diner, your sense of humor, your professionalism, your kind, caring attitude and your availability to us at any time. You also have a wonderful voice!
You made sure everything was just right. From the moment I stepped out of the limo on that rainy afternoon, you were right there to help me out with a reassuring arm telling me "I'm here" and to "Hold your dress all the way up" and out of the rain. You even had a little packet of tissues ready which came in handy, since I never thought I was going to cry but of course ended up bawling by the end of the touching Mother's Ceremony.
Your words made us think, laugh, and cry and got the celebation off to a most beautiful start. Our family all commented about the beautiful ceremony. The packet you sent soon after, with the printed wedding vows, marriage licesce copy and photos was wonderful. We will cherish these memories forever.
Again, thank you for making our day so special. We will be keeping in touch…
With much love,
Gabriella & Jeremy Lehmann
