Dear Capt. Arnold:
Thank you for sending us a copy of our wedding vows, marriage license and photo. Thank you for all you did for us. You always corresponded back to us when we had questions. You made the planning stress free.
Thank you for coming all the way out to Nassau Point to marry us. We could not think of a more perfect place for us to get married. Every New Year’s Day our family gets together in Nassau Point to start the New Year off being together. I knew we made the right decision to also start our married life off on that same day with our loved ones surrounding us.
The weather could not have been more perfect. The ceremony was very emotional, touching and brought everyone to tears of joy. To be able to marry the one you love surrounded by the people who are most important in your life is a gift that we both cherish.
Our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful you were, how beautiful the ceremony was and how magnificent the words were spoken. Thank you for interjecting humor as well.
Our family was most interested and fascinated with those brilliant magic tricks you entertained them with. The children loved the little animals you made from beads. Everyone was very impressed.
Again we thank you for making January 1, 2005 our special day. It was an honor to have you perform our marriage ceremony. May this year be filled with joy, happiness and health for you and your family.
Sincerely,
Charles and Helen Green

Dear Captain Arnold
Wishing you and your family; happiness, peace and love in these special days of Christmas. But mainly, we appreciate the devote attention and the gentile manner you showed us from the first moment when you were contacted by Adelina.
It was wonderful to feel your great interest, by telephone and email messages, all in aim to prepare for our special day. It made us think that the decision to contract you for our marriage was perfect.
During the ceremony in front of you, and our guests, in truth it was very pleasant to listen to your advice, to share our togetherness and happy lives. I thank you very much to mention my parents and my family, who resides in Costa Rica and for this reason of the distance they could not accompany us.
To know you personally was fantastic. All the guests expressed their joy and because of this, we decided to write to you of our experience.
To have chosen you was a brilliant idea, our dream became a reality when we traveled on the love boat.
Thank you with all heart.
God bless you,

Dear Captain Arnold, Happy New Year!
Since our wedding on December 11, 2004, the honeymoon, Christmas, New Year’s and then finally trying to get back into the swing of things – this is the first down time I’ve had to collect my thoughts. First and foremost, I want to thank you for not only the most memorable ceremony anyone could have asked for, but also the support you had given to us leading up to that moment. I don’t think things would have went as smoothly as they did if it wasn’t for the guidance you gave. Getting married is a nervous time for everyone and when I was at my breaking point I just picked up the phone like you said, called you and you calmed me down. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for everything you have done for us.
Sincerely,
Chris & Kim Mercurio

Happy New Year, Captain Arnold!
Thank you for the note and as I am sure you will understand in this busy holiday season, we’ve been remiss in thanking you.
Your touching ceremony and thoughtful words and sentiments are often mentioned by both of our families as unlike any other wedding. We would like to, in fact, we need to thank you for adding immeasurably to our very special day. With all the decisions that had to be made, all the planning that needed to take place, we can easily say that choosing you to perform our ceremony was the easiest and most rewarding. Your attention to every detail and suggestion to include our families in the ceremony made for an even more memorable day. The lighting of the Unity candle tapers by our mothers and including Trevor in the exchanging of rings as a sign of our commitment to him as parents touched our hearts.
The ceremony itself, with words that so accurately expressed our feelings for each other, was what made that day our day. All lifelong commitments should start with such deeply moving feelings. Your thoughts of our future and what lay ahead continue to inspire us each time we reminisce. Please know that we appreciate you and thank you.
Take care and best wishes,
Leigh Ann and Henry Hodo
Hi Captain Arnold,
Yes, we did receive the copy of the marriage license, the vows, and the picture. It was the first wedding picture that we had. I did want to also thank you for the beautiful way that you had printed out our wedding vows. I have a frame all ready to put it in. What else can I say, I was definitely overwhelmed by all of your words as you could probably tell with all the tears of joy in my eyes.
I also wanted to thank you for not getting upset when the ceremony did not start on time.
Everything was perfect from you, it truly will be a day I will never forget.
Thank you again and take care!

Dear Captain Arnold:
We wanted to thank you for all that you did for us. We received the copy of the vows and the copy of the marriage certificate from you when we got back from our honeymoon. The vows are really beautiful and really touched our hearts. We’re very happy that you sent us a nice copy of the vows. We already put it in a frame. Also, thanks for always being there for us. I am especially grateful because there were times I definitely needed to speak with someone about some issues and when no one else was there, you were. We could never have done it without you and certainly we see how very important the ceremony is, more so than the reception. Many of our guests at the reception later on had told us what a beautiful and smooth ceremony it was and that it also touched their hearts as well.
Keep in touch.
Love,

Hi Captain Arnold,
Well, we are back from our honeymoon and getting on with regular life. I wanted to send you a note to thank you for a wonderful ceremony just as you had promised.
As I had told you before, this was both Robert’s and my 2nd wedding and I wanted to be sure that it wasn’t going to be like a typical 1st wedding ceremony, there wasn’t going to be the traditional wedding march played and quite honestly I just wanted it to be unique to our situation. You assured me that it would be and you didn’t disappoint me at all. I was so happy with your very heart felt words and my friends and family haven’t stopped saying what a wonderful and special ceremony it was. When making my wedding plans, I was constantly told by so many of the different people I needed to hire that their part of the wedding was the most important. The DJ said he was, the photographer said he was and I even think the florist said they were….. I knew better because quite honestly I had been there and done that!!!! I knew that the true most important part was the ceremony itself, the moment when I would become the wife of the man I truly loved and the memory of that special time will be with me forever. Not the photographers talented way of posing me and my family, not the great music that played, but the strong deep felt inspirational way that I became married to my soul mate and best friend in life. I have you to thank for just that. I will remember that time for the rest of my life. I am so happy to have that memory with me forever. You are a special person with a special purpose in life and I am so happy that I found you because it just wouldn’t have been the same without you!
Thank you so very much for everything!

Dear Captain,
This is written for you especially, as well as anyone who cares to read about your services, and the extreme pride and care you take in rendering them to your very grateful couples. Many people choose to go on-line and somehow hope to meet, through the chancy designs of a dating service, their “soul-mate”. Well, we were extremely lucky to have met each other, my wife and me, through spontaneous, natural occurrences. We did, however, go on-line and search for an officiant. What were we looking for exactly? And where would we find it? Who and what would our officiant be like, and what would we have to do to procure him or her? These were among the many varied questions we had dancing through our worried brains. The search started out looking not too promising. Some were unavailable on our date, while others asked us a million personal or religious-type questions. Others still wanted us to participate in a pre-cana experience! We already both did all that the first time around, you know, with the “test run marriage.” We simply wanted a loving, beautiful and spiritual ceremony, without too much “fluff,” unnecessary emphasis on our personal faiths and beliefs, or sleep-inducing rhetoric inflicted on our hungry and anxious guests, all of whom were very impressed with you, and moved by the ceremony, incidentally. You were unbelievably accommodating, and perfect in every way we imagined, hoped or specified to you. The intense feelings you shared with us, proudly, of our love for each other, and for our happiness, were clearly evident. You took time, beyond what was called for, to learn about our uniqueness, our backgrounds and what we were striving to convey to each other and to our guests on our very special day. You scored victory and success on all fronts. We couldn’t be prouder or more satisfied with whom we chose (although you really made the decision a no-brainer) to perform our ceremony, and we thank you from the bottoms of our very full hearts! You are a caring, gifted man who takes great pride in and pays strict attention to detail in what you do. You also seem to joyously derive almost as much pleasure in the love and satisfaction your couples feel for each other as we do ourselves! What more could anyone ask for from their wedding officiant? Thank you so much Captain!

Dear Captain Arnold,
Our wedding day was truly a magical experience and most of that we owe to you. The ceremony was poetic and incredibly touching. In addition to your moving words of wisdom I was greatly appreciative of how you helped ease my husband’s anxiety. You also were such a tremendous help in getting us organized in the days leading up to our big day. Your professionalism and friendly disposition far exceeded my expectations. Next to finding Tommy, I feel so fortunate to have found you to commemorate our love for one another.
With sincere gratitude,

Renewed their vows after 10 years (At the “Pond” in Beautiful Central Park, NYC)
(Note: *Sarah never knew that her husband Mike was planning to bring her to New York, let alone arrange to renew their vows in Central Park. When he introduced her to me in the Sheraton Hotel where they were staying, it was a total surprise to her! And at the last moment he even had her go out and purchase a gown for the occasion. Whew! Now that’s what I call a surprise!)
It was a fantastic holiday with some great memories that we will never forget. Each time *Sarah or I tell a friend what we did, we just receive gasps at the romantic nature of the events I planned. Our friends and family were fascinated by the blessing that you carried out. It was a pleasure for both Sarah and I to have met you and spend several hours in your company. Although it was just the two of us there, with you performing the blessing it was like having an old friend with us. We hope that you also have fond memories of the occasion and we both wish you well with your future book. I will email Donna from GettingMarried.Com and let her know what an excellent job you did for us. We have been to your website and really enjoyed seeing ourselves on there.”
Thank you again from both of us. Take care and till next time.
